Peg Rodger, Principal


Peg is known for her expertise in the management of large, multi-unit dining programs and her strong business skills. She brings years of experience to creating and implementing programs and strategies designed to increase customer satisfaction and maximize financial success. 

Primary focus: Capital project planning, program review and assessment, operations analysis, meal plan development, service provider RFPs and contracting, and self-operation vs. outsourcing analysis.

Authorship:  Co-authored the National Association of College and University Food Service’s Sustainability Guide for operators

Has presented to: National Association of College and University Food Services, National Association of College Auxiliary Services.
