Retail Dining Strategic Plan – Harvard University

This project entailed the creation of a new retail dining strategy for the Harvard University campus designed to provide a university-wide framework and approach for the future development of retail foodservice on the campus. Through comprehensive market research, Envision Strategies quantified the market potential for retail foodservice on the campus, and provided direction in the development of a variety of self-branded dining concept modules that are easily modified for small, medium and large volume applications. Envision also developed proprietary business modeling software for the University’s use in evaluating new business opportunities.
